Paymentterms:

By ARDLC (Auto Revolving Documentary Letter ofCredit) irrevocable, confirmed and transferable L/C; POF from Buyers Bank, fullyfunded, documentary letter of credit (L/C), issued by one of the Top RatedWorld Bank, in favour of the beneficiary as indicated by the Seller.

The letter of credit shall cover the full amount inUS dollars for the contracted net quantity of Used Railways delivered asascertained by the nominated independent surveyor company on board of theloaded vessel at the loading point.

Format of the L/C shall conform to the UCP 500latest revision.

Payment to be made available immediately afterloaded completion date by swift wire transfer against presentation to theBuyers bank of full set of Document Required for payment indicated in theContract.

Inspection: SGS, certificates of quality andquantity, all shipping documents listing in the Contract will be issued in theport of loading.
